Release Notes - 16th of January 2026
Application > Comments & Notes > Bullet Listing
We've restored the feature to input your texts in bullet listing when using the Comments and Notes feature of 3 Clicks Cloud system.
Order > Notifications > Style Number
We've enhanced the Order notifications to include the Style Number, making it easier to quickly identify which order the notification relates to.
Order > Create Shipment
We've fixed an issue where orders were being automatically added to the Unassigned Orders section when creating a new shipment.
Previously, when opening an order and clicking the "Create > Shipment" from the top left-hand corner, the order was automatically added to the Unassigned Orders section in the new shipment.
Now, when creating a new shipment, no orders are automatically added to the shipment. You can manually add orders to the shipment as needed.
Order > Auto Completed Orders > History Log
We've fixed an issue in the History Log where an incorrect duplicate entry was being created after an order was auto-completed by the system.
What was happening: When an order was automatically completed by the system after passing 180 days from its In Store date, the History Log correctly displayed the system-generated completion entry. However, an additional incorrect log entry was then created, showing the same completion action as if it had been performed by a user.
What's fixed: The History Log now correctly displays only the system-generated completion entry when an order is auto-completed after 180 days from its In Store date. The duplicate user completion log entry is no longer created.
Costing > Document > Costing Summary
We've fixed an issue where the Component Currency was being displayed incorrectly in the Costing Summary documents.
The document now correctly reflects the currency being used.
Order > Document > Specifications
We've fixed an issue where updated measurements from the Sample Report were not being included in newly generated documents when the Generate Document option was ticked.
Now, when you update measurements from the Sample Report and tick the Generate Document option, the newly generated document correctly includes all the updated measurements, ensuring that your document reflects the latest measurement data.
Thank you for helping us make things better! If you spot anything else, let us know — we're always here to help.
Happy clicking!
