General > Comments & Notes > Mentions
We’ve improved the Comments and Notes mention dropdown so it’s wider and can display the full text correctly, even when user names or factory names are long.
This update applies across the Comments and Notes sections, ensuring you can clearly see full name details without text being cut off.
Order > Samples > Sample Report > Update Style Specification
We’ve fixed an issue where the highlight feature for Measurements wasn’t working correctly. Previously, revised measurements pushed from Order > Samples > Sample Report were not highlighted in Style > Specification > Measurements.
Now, when you update style specifications with revised measurements from the Sample Report, the updated measurements are correctly highlighted in Style > Specification > Measurements, making it easier to see what has been changed.
Order > Style Details
We've fixed an issue where License-related fields were being displayed in Order > Style Details even if it was disabled in Site Settings > License.
What's fixed:
Now, when License is disabled in Site Settings, the License, Contract, and License Sub No. fields are no longer displayed in Order > Style Details. This applies to both Single Style Orders and Bulk Style Orders
Order > Colour Quantity & Pricing
We've fixed two visual issues for Colour Quantity & Pricing section:
Bulk Orders > Colour Quantity & Pricing > Style Description
Previously, the Style Description was only shown for the first style in the Colour Quantity & Pricing section of Bulk Orders.
This issue has now been fixed, and the Style Description is displayed for all styles, making it easier to identify each style within the order.
Fixed Header Row
We’ve resolved an issue where the first style header row stayed frozen when scrolling through other styles.
The header now scrolls normally as expected.
Order > Bulk Components
We've fixed two issues on Order > Bulk Components:
Colour Quantity & Pricing > Buy Price Total
We've fixed an issue where the total for Buy Price Total was incorrect, which also displays in Purchase Order Form.
What's fixed: The system now correctly recalculates the Buy Price Total whenever quantities are updated in the Order > Colour Quantity & Pricing section.
License Enforcement
When creating a bulk Components Order, a warning message "License is not approved for the Factory" was being displayed.
What's fixed: The Enforce License supplier configuration is now only applied to Order > Style and Order > Bulk Styles, where License fields are relevant. The warning message no longer appears incorrectly in Bulk Component Orders, as Components do not use License functionality.
Order > Critical Path
We've fixed two issues regarding the Order > Critical Path:
Display Issue
We've fixed a display issue in Order > Critical Path where the screen would move unexpectedly, making it difficult to use.
The Critical Path view now remains stable, providing a smoother user experience.
Activity Comment
When adding Activity comments in Order > Critical Path, comments created on the current day were being displayed under the "YESTERDAY" timeline group instead of the "TODAY" group.
This has been fixed.
Costing > Supplier > Calculations
We’ve fixed an issue where Gross Margin $ & % and Gross Profit % were missing in the Supplier section for retail type costings when a Retail Price was set on the Style.
What's changed:
Previously, calculations were using the costing retail price instead of the costing style data, which caused these values not to display. The system now calculates using the correct costing style data, ensuring that Gross Margin $ & % and Gross Profit % are accurately shown in the Supplier section.
Costing > Style > Season
The Season dropdown was showing options that had been disabled in Site Settings > Style > Season.
This has been fixed, and disabled fields are now hidden from the dropdown list.
Costing Search & Costing Reports
We've fixed an issue where some Costings were not being displayed correctly in Costing Search and Costing Reports.
The Costing Search view now correctly displays the associated Style preview image for each costing. All costings are now properly displayed in both the Costing Search and Costing Reports, ensuring accurate data representation.
Costing > Duplicate Costing > Department & Customer
We've fixed an issue in the Duplicate Costing pop-up where disabled fields were being displayed in the Department and Customer dropdowns.
Both dropdowns now correctly hide disabled fields.
