Release Notes - 20th of January 2026
Order > Definition > Add Total Qty
We've restored the functionality to automatically assign the Total Quantity for a component in the Add Inventory pop-up. You can now use the + icon to quickly populate the Assigned field with the Total Quantity value.
You still have the ability to manually overwrite the Assigned column after using this feature, giving you full control over inventory allocation.
Order > Definition > Add Inventory
For additional information on using this function, go to Order > Definition in the documentation portal.
General > Images
We've added functionality to remember your preferred image display setting across all applications.
This improvement ensures your viewing preference is preserved, saving you time and providing a more personalised experience.
Order > Critical Path > Notes
We've restored the Notes feature for your Order > Critical Path tab, providing a centralised workspace for capturing key decisions, outcomes, and essential information directly within each Critical Path activity group.
Each group in the Critical Path maintains its own separate Notes section, allowing teams to organise activity-specific documentation by department or workflow stage.
For additional information on using the Notes, refer to Notes in documentation portal.
Order > Definition > Inventory
We've fixed an issue where decimal quantities were being incorrectly rounded to whole numbers in the Add Inventory pop-up.
The following are the fixes made:
- Total Quantity displays with decimal number (e.g., 132.3) when applicable
- Assigned Quantity field displays decimal values
- Available Quantity shows the correct decimal quantity without rounding
Only decimal values are displayed when applicable. Whole numbers continue to display without unnecessary decimal places.
Order > Duplicate Order > Colour Quantity & Pricing
We've fixed an issue where the quantities were not correctly copied to the duplicated order. Moreover, when the screen was resized, the contents for this section were not correctyl displayed.
Now, the quantities are correctly carried over when duplicating an order and the Colour Quantity & Pricing section displays as expected.
Order > Critical Path > Add Activities
We've fixed an issue where you couldn't add activities under groups when sections were hidden in Site Settings > Order > General Settings > Critical Path.
Previously, when sections were hidden, the add activities icon was only available under the Activities group, preventing you from adding activities to other groups such as Design, Sales, Samples, Production, or QA.
Now, the add activities icon is displayed next to the comment icon for each group, allowing you to add activities to any group regardless of whether sections are hidden or displayed.
Costing > Document > Costing Summary
We've fixed an issue in the downloaded document where some of the data were not displayed.
The Costing Summary document now displays accurate data across costing details.
Style > Samples > Review Updates
Previously, when requesting sample requirements, the selected size would disappear after choosing it due to the 'Success' notification appearing. This required additional clicks to complete the process.
Now, the size selection is preserved, and you can once again add a requirement and tick all boxes in a single streamlined function. This restores the efficient workflow in managing your Style > Samples.
Home > Favourite Report
We've fixed an error when attempting to open a report from their favourite reports.
Now, your Favourite Report opens correctly without errors, allowing you to access it as expected.
Search > Costing
We've fixed an issue where incorrect data or no data was displayed in the Costing Search view.
Previously, for new Costings where a quote was marked as approved, several fields were not displaying any data in the search view. The following fields were affected:
- Agent
- Factory
- Final Buy Price
- Final Quantity
- Landed Cost
- Gross Margin %
- Gross Profit %
- Quote Status
Now, all these fields correctly populate in the Costing Search view when a quote is marked as approved, pulling data from the appropriate Costing > Supplier section.
Search > Style > Style by Colour
Previously, when switching to the Style by Colour view, an extra row with a number pill was appearing for styles. This caused inconsistent display and made it difficult to properly view styles organised by their colourways.
Now, the Style by Colour view correctly displays styles per colourway. Styles are properly organised, showing each colourway as expected.
Supplier Portal > Style > Files > Components Folder
We've fixed an error that would display when opening the Components folder in Style > Files.
This now works as expected.
