Order/Style > Critical Path

We've improved the display and layout of Critical Path sections in both Order and Style to better accommodate different screen sizes and improve readability.

The following improvements have been made:

• Text wrapping has been enabled in Activity fields, allowing longer text to display properly without being cut off.
• Group, Due Completed, and Action columns are now autosized to fit their content appropriately.
• The layout now adapts correctly to smaller laptop screens, ensuring all fields are displayed properly and remain accessible.

Planner > Styles

We've enhanced the Planner to provide more flexibility and control when managing group filters within your planner.

Fixed Group > Edit Group Filters

You can now edit group filters directly within your Planner without affecting its Site Settings > Planner > Groups format.

This is essential for tailoring your planning workflow to specific requirements while preserving the main Group format used across your organisation.

Add Styles > Filters

When adding styles, the Add Styles pop-up automatically preselects the filters based on the Groups you selected.

This option has been removed. To edit the Group's setting, directly head to the Site Settings > Planner > Groups.

Site Settings > Company > Staff

We've enhanced the staff export functionality to include additional important information in the download file.

The exported staff file now includes:

• Last Login — Shows when each staff member last accessed the system, helping you track user activity and identify inactive accounts
• Roles and Permissions — Displays the assigned roles and permissions for each staff member, providing a comprehensive view of access levels across your organisation

We've restored the Save Link As functionality that allows you to save files directly to your preferred location on your computer without having to download them first.

The Save Link As option is available across:

• Files sections in all applications
• Documents sections in all applications
• Drive

Order > Bulk Orders > Style

Delete Style from Order

We've fixed an issue where you were unable to delete a Style from a Bulk Order. Previously, you could only delete individual colours but not the Style itself from the order.

Now, you can delete both styles and colours from Bulk Orders, giving you full control over managing your order contents.

Add Styles Pop-up

We've fixed an issue where existing Styles were not appearing as options in the Add Styles pop-up when creating or editing a Bulk Style Order.

Now, all available Styles are correctly displayed in the Add Styles pop-up, allowing you to select and add any Style to your Bulk Order as expected.

Order > Critical Path > Approval & Rejection > Comments

We've fixed an issue where @ mentions were not working in comments that contained font styling such as highlights, bold text, or other formatting.

Now, you can use @ mentions to select suppliers or internal members as expected.

Order/Style > Critical Path > Activity Completion

Previously, completed activities were not clearly indicated. When an activity was marked as complete, its name did not show a strikethrough, and unchecking a completed activity did not remove the strikethrough.

Now, completed activities are clearly visible. When you mark an activity as complete, its name is automatically crossed out. If you uncheck it, the strikethrough is removed, making it easy to see and manage your activity progress.

Order > Definition > Components

We've fixed an issue where components were not displaying correctly in the Order > Definition tab based on the selected colourways and approval status.

Previously, only components with All colourways were displayed in the Definition tab, even when the Order had Colours & Pricing set up with specific colourways.

This fix ensures that the Definition tab accurately reflects the components relevant to your order's colourway selection and approval status.

Order > Files > Notifications

We've fixed an issue where suppliers were receiving notification alerts for files uploaded into folders marked as Private on the Instance.

Now, suppliers no longer receive notification alerts for files uploaded into Private folders, ensuring that private information remains confidential and only accessible to authorised users on the Instance.

Component > Orders > Component Qty

We've updated the Component Qty display in Component > Orders to show decimal values when applicable.

Now, the Component Qty column in Component > Orders matches exactly what you see in Order > Definition, providing a consistent view of component quantities across both sections.

Roles & Permissions > Order > Delete

We've fixed a permission issue that was preventing users from deleting orders in Order Search > Bulk Action > Delete, even when they had the correct permissions to view, edit, and delete orders.

This meant that users with proper Order delete permissions were unable to delete orders from the search results, even though they had access to view and edit both orders and styles.

Now, the users with the appropriate Order > Delete permissions can successfully delete orders as expected.
