Release Notes - 22nd of January 2026
Style > Definition > Add Component
We've enhanced the Add Component pop-up in Style > Definition with new filtering options and column customisation to help you find and manage components more efficiently.
New Filter Options
You can now filter components by:
- Status — Filter by Component > Status (e.g., Draft, Approved) to quickly locate components at different stages of their lifecycle.
- Tags — Filter by Component > Colour Tags to find components based on their assigned colour-coded labels.
These filters make it easier to narrow down your component search, especially when working with large component libraries.
Add Tags Column
You can now add the Tags column to the component table view in the pop-up. This allows you to see component colour tags directly in the list, making it easier to identify and select the right components at a glance.
Add Component Pop-up > Status & Tags
To learn more how this works, visit the Style > Definition section in the documentation portal.
Order > Documents
We've enhanced the document download experience in Order > Documents with improved functionality and a streamlined interface.
Download Icon
When you click the download icon, a dropdown menu allows you to download either Supplier or Internal copy of the document.
Save Link As
The Save Link As functionality has been restored. You can now right-click on any document's download icon and select Save Link As to save the document directly to your preferred location on your computer.
Order > Documents > Purchase Order
To learn more about managing documents in orders, visit the Order > Documents section in the documentation portal.
Order > Component Compliance Enforcement
Previously, orders could still be created and shared with suppliers even when component compliance was missing or invalid for the selected component supplier/customer combination.
Now, when Enforce Component Compliance is enabled in Site Settings > Order > General Settings, the system correctly validates component compliance during Order creation.
To learn more how Component Compliance works, visit the Site Settings > Order > General Settings > Component Compliance in the documentation portal.
Order > Shipment History
Previously, when viewing Shipment History, the Search view incorrectly displayed all shipments, instead of only the shipments related to that order.
This has been fixed.
Order > Bulk Delete Components
Previously, when deleting all colours for a component in Order > Bulk, the component or style was not being removed from the component/style section, even though all associated colours had been deleted.
This has been fixed.
Costing > Supplier > Choose Columns
Previously, if you deleted all columns in the Costing > Supplier section using the Choose Columns feature, the option to choose columns was no longer available, making it impossible to add columns back. Additionally, when un-selecting all columns, the pop-up would automatically close and all columns would be deleted.
Now, the Factory column is kept and cannot be deleted, as it is a required field. Even if you remove all other columns, you can still access the Choose Columns toolbar to add columns back. Furthermore, when you click to un-select all columns, the pop-up will remain open until you manually close it, giving you the opportunity to review your selection before confirming.
Shipping > Bulk Component Orders
Previously, in Shipping > Order Section > Add Shipment Quantity pop-up, Bulk Component Orders were not being displayed correctly. The pop-up showed an extra line for each component colour, the Colour dropdown list included "null" as an option, and when adding all components and colours, an empty line with no quantity was being added.
Now, Bulk Component Orders are displayed correctly in the Add Shipment Quantity pop-up. The component colours are shown accurately without duplicate lines, the Colour dropdown no longer includes "NULL" as an option, and empty lines are no longer added when selecting all components and colours.
Thank you for helping us make things better! If you spot anything else, let us know — we're always here to help.
Happy clicking!
