Release Notes - 23rd of January 2026
Site Settings > Style > General Settings > Specification > How to Measure
We've added a new optional column to enhance your Style > Specification measurement instructions. The How to Measure is an optional column that allows you to provide detailed measurement instructions for each Point of Measurement (POM), helping your team and suppliers understand exactly how measurements should be taken.
What's new?
- In Site Settings > Style > General Settings > Specification, you'll find a new option Include how to measure in the specification table. This option is disabled by default, allowing you to control when to display the column.
Site Settings > Style > General Settings > Specification
- In Style > Specification, you can enter your measurement instructions in the new How to measure column.
Style > Specification > Measurements > How to measure
- The How to measure column has been added to the Specification Import template, enabling you to bulk import measurement instructions alongside your other specification data.
Spec Template Import > How to measure
Moreover, the Specification Sizes section has been renamed to Specification in Site Settings > Style > General for clearer navigation.
To learn more about managing your Measurements, visit the Style > Specification > Measurements section in the documentation portal.
Style/Order > Samples > Sample Requirements
We’ve enhanced the Sample Requirements section in both the Style and Order applications to make adding sample requests quicker and easier.
What's improved?
The workflow for adding sample requirements has been improved for faster data entry:
- After you select a Sample Type, the cursor automatically jumps to the Size dropdown, so you can continue without extra clicks.
- You can now use Tab or Shift+Tab to move through all editable fields in the row, making it easier to complete multiple sample requirements.
Style > Samples > Sample Requirements
To learn more about managing sample requirements, visit the Order > Samples > Sample Requirements or Style > Samples > Sample Requirements sections in the documentation portal.
Style/Order > Samples > Sample Requirements
We’ve fixed an issue where pressing Tab in Order > Samples > Sample Report could incorrectly send email notifications.
Now, emails are only sent when you click Share on the Sample Request—not while you’re simply moving through fields.
Style/Order > Custom Fields
Previously, custom fields were not being displayed in the Custom Fields section of the Style or Order applications, even when they were properly configured and enabled.
This has been fixed.
Style Import > Size Scale
Previously, the Style Import Template allowed the Size Scale to be updated even when a style had associated Orders, despite the import summary logs indicating that the Size Scale could not be updated. This meant the Size Scale was actually changed even though it should have been restricted.
Now, the system correctly prevents Size Scale updates when:
- The style has Orders associated with it
- The style has an associated barcode, keycode, or tuncode
When you attempt to update the Size Scale for a style with these associations, the import will skip the Size Scale update and log this restriction in the Import Summary. The style's Size Scale will remain unchanged, ensuring data integrity and preventing conflicts with existing orders or codes.
To learn more about Style Import restrictions and rules, visit the Style Import > Update Existing Styles section in the documentation portal.
Costing Notifications
We've fixed an issue where users were receiving Costing notifications even if the notification setting was disabled and users were not set as members in the costing item.
This has been fixed.
Costing > Style > Components
We've fixed an issue where the Total Component Price of the Components was incorrect.
This has been fixed.
Costing > Files
We've fixed an error that would occur when clicking the lock icon for files in Costing.
Downloading the files now works as expected.
