Release Notes - 26th of January 2026
Report > Costing Quotes
We've fixed an issue where incorrect data were displayed in Costing Quotes report.
Now, the data in the Report > Costing Quotes has been updated to align with the Costing > Supplier data for each supplier quote. The report now correctly displays quotes for all suppliers in the Costing, not just one supplier.
To see more how Costing Quotes work, visit the Reports > Costing > Costing Quotes section in the documentation portal.
Report > Range Sign Off Summary
We've fixed an issue where data was displayed incorrectly in the Range Sign Off Summary report.
You can now confidently use the Range Sign Off Summary report to review and approve costings at a collection or range level, with all data accurately reflecting the correct sources throughout your costing records.
To learn more how Range Sign Off Summary works, visit the Reports > Costing > Range Sign Off Summary section in the documentation portal.
Order > Bulk Components Order > Documents > Purchase Order Form
We've fixed an issue where text on the first page of the Purchase Order Form was overlapping with the headers on the next page.
This issue occurred when the Customer field was displayed across two rows, causing layout problems that affected the display of the document. Downloaded documents now display as expected.
Order > Bulk Style Orders > Enforce License
We've fixed an issue where a warning message was being displayed incorrectly in Bulk Style Orders when generating the Purchase Order Form.
This warning was appearing even when the Supplier was configured with Enforced Licenses in Site Settings > Company > Supplier > Production and all the Licenses in the Styles were correctly associated with the Factory.
This has been fixed.
Order > Completed Order Status
We've fixed an issue where Style updates were being pushed to Orders that had been marked as Completed.
Now, once an Order is marked as Completed, updates made in the Style will no longer be pushed to the Order in the Order > Style Details section.
This fix does not apply to Bulk Orders.
Site Settings > Style > Specification > How to measure
We've fixed an issue where the "How to measure" column was displayed in the Import Spec Template even when it was disabled in Site Settings > Style > General Settings > Specification, causing errors when importing the template.
Now, when the "How to measure" configuration is disabled, the "How to measure" column will not be included in the downloaded Import Spec Template. However, if the column is present in an imported template file and the "How to measure" was disabled, it will be ignored during import, preventing import errors.
Site Settings > Shipping > Origin
We've fixed an issue where you were unable to save the Origin with blank offset fields in Site Settings > Shipping > Origin, which was causing the "Automatically update ETA and In Store" popup to be triggered in Orders when updating the Origin or ETD date, even when no offset had been configured.
Now, the offset fields can be saved as blank with no value in the field. The "Automatically update ETA and In Store" popup will only be triggered in Orders when adding or editing the Origin or updating the ETD date if the Origin has been set up with an offset. If these fields are left blank, the popup will not be displayed.
