Release Notes - 29th of January 2026
Comments/Notes > @Mentions
We've enhanced the @mentions functionality across all Comments and Notes throughout 3 Clicks Cloud, making it easier to notify multiple team members at once.
What's new?
The @mentions feature is now a multiselect, allowing you to mention multiple people in a single action. We've also added a dedicated @ icon in the textbox tool panel, providing quick access to mentions functionality.
Shipping > Bulk Component Orders > Shipped Quantity
We've enhanced the shipped quantity functionality for Component Bulk Orders, now allowing decimal values to be entered in quantity fields.
What's the new experience?
Previously, only whole numbers could be entered in shipped quantity fields. Now, when working with Component Bulk Orders, you can enter precise decimal quantities up to 2 decimal places. This enhancement applies to the following areas:
- Add Shipment Quantity Pop Up
- Edit Shipment Quantity Pop Up
- Unassigned Orders > Assign Order Quantities Pop Up
- Shipment > Orders
This improvement provides greater flexibility and accuracy when recording shipped quantities, especially for items that require fractional measurements.
To learn more about managing shipping orders and quantities, visit the Shipping > Orders section in the documentation portal.
Order > Critical Path > Dynamic Activities
We've fixed an issue where dynamic activities related to colours were displayed multiple times in the Critical Path after changing the Critical Path settings, instead of displaying once based on the Approvals tick.
What was fixed?
Previously, when you changed the Critical Path after adding colours to an Order, the system ignored the Approvals tick and displayed dynamic activities for each colour row added in the Order > Colour Quantity section, even when the same colour was added multiple times with different packs.
What's the new experience?
Now, dynamic activities related to colours are correctly displayed only once in the Critical Path, based on the Approvals tick setting, regardless of how many times you change the Critical Path or how many colour rows you've added to the Order.
Order > Definition
We've fixed an issue where components set up for a particular colourway were not displayed in Order > Definition, even when the Approvals tick appeared to be selected.
What was fixed?
Previously, when a colour was added to the Order > Colour Quantity section with the Approvals tick selected, the components set up for that colourway were not displayed in Order > Definition.
Now, when you add a colour to the Order > Colour Quantity section and tick Approvals, the setting is correctly saved immediately. Components set up for that colourway are now properly displayed in Order > Definition without requiring you to manually save the colour settings again.
To learn more about managing Order definitions and components, visit the Order > Definition section in the documentation portal.
Site Settings > Style > General Settings > Sample Reports
Previously, the Style > Specifications tab in the Supplier portal was incorrectly affected by the changes made in the Site Settings > Style > General Settings > Sample Reports.
This has been fixed.
Site Settings > Order > Department
We've fixed an issue where Department fields that were in use could be deleted.
Now, the system validates Department usage across all three applications—Style, Order, and Costing.
If a Department field is in use in any of these applications, you will receive an error message when attempting to delete it, preventing accidental deletion of active departments. You can only delete a Department field if it's not being used in any of these applications (Style, Order, or Costing).
To learn more about managing Departments, visit the Site Settings > Order > Department section in the documentation portal.
Costing > Supplier Comments
We've fixed an issue where the Supplier comments didn't display as intended.
This now displays correctly.
Order > Comments
Comments were previously displayed in random order, making it difficult to follow conversation threads. The comment footer was not displaying correctly, appearing broken or misaligned.
Now, comments are displayed in the correct chronological order, and the footer displays properly, making it easier to read and follow comment threads in your Orders.
Order > Side Widgets Count
We've fixed an issue where clicking the numbers in the Order side widgets did not correctly open.
This has been fixed, allowing you to view the information as expected.
Application Search > Group View > Bulk Actions
We've fixed an issue where using the bulk actions for the grouped search view did not correctly display.
This now displays as expected.
