Site Settings > Company > External Connections > Connect External Business > Supplier

Previously, when Enable immediately was toggled on and you clicked Connect, the supplier was added to Site Settings > Company > Suppliers before the supplier completed portal registration.

Suppliers are now added to Site Settings > Company > Suppliers only after they have created and enabled their portal account.

Site Settings > Company > External Connections > Connect External Business > Supplier > Type

When connecting a supplier and choosing Link existing on the Type step, searching for an existing supplier record returned no results even when matching suppliers were in your instance.

Supplier records now appear in the search results as expected, so you can link the correct existing business without re-entering details.

Report > Milestone Orders

Orders with multiple colourways were displayed across separate rows, one row per colour instead of the earlier layout where each order appeared on a single line with colourway details stacked underneath.

You can now choose how colourways appear in the report:

• Single colour per row: one row per colourway when you need colour-level detail
• Multiple colours per row: one order per line with colourway data stacked underneath (the previous default view)

Report > Milestone Orders > Export

When exporting Milestone Orders to Excel for orders with multiple colourways, spreadsheets were difficult for buyers and planners to review. Both export layout options produced the opposite layout to the one selected, and stacked fields displayed misaligned comma-separated values that did not line up across the row.

This has been fixed. Exported spreadsheets now match the layout you choose.
