Site Settings > Order > General Settings > Style Details

We've introduced a new configuration setting in Site Settings > Order > General Settings > Style Details that allows you to customise which Style Details fields are displayed for this section.

This setting applies to both the single style view and the multiple styles view.

Site Settings > Order > General Settings > Style Details Site Settings > Order > General Settings > Style Details

For detailed guidance on setting up your Style Details fields, refer to Site Settings > Order > General Settings > Style Details in the documentation portal.

Site Settings > Costing > Freight

We've enhanced Site Settings > Costing > Freight to support percentage-based freight values alongside fixed amounts, giving you greater flexibility in inputting transportation costs.

What's new:

  • Freight In as fixed or percentage – In Site Settings > Costing > Freight, you can now enter the Amount field as either a fixed value (same as before) or as a percentage. This allows you to model both flat-rate shipping and cost-based freight charges.
  • Freight In % calculation – When a percentage is selected, the system calculates the freight total using: Freight In % X Cost inc. Components.

Now, you can configure freight entries that scale with your product costs, improving accuracy for landed cost calculations and margin analysis across retail, import, and component costings.

Site Settings > Costing > Freight > Amount Site Settings > Costing > Freight > Amount

For detailed guidance on configuring freight entries and how they are used in costing workflows, refer to Site Settings > Costing > Freight in the documentation portal.

Site Settings > Shipping > Custom Fields

We've added Custom Fields to Shipping, enabling you to capture additional, logistics-specific data beyond the standard shipment fields.

Create fields with labels and these available types: Text, Date, Dropdown, and Multiselect Dropdown.

These custom fields are also available in Search > Shipping as filter and columns. Select them to filter, sort, and report on your shipment data using your custom attributes.

The Completed Date field is now available in Shipping, Costing, and Claim. When you hover over this field, you'll see who marked it as Completed.

Compliance Application

For Compliance, the equivalent field for completion is Expired Date.

This is also available as a column and filter in Search for Orders, Shipping, Costing, and Claims. Moreover, Expired Date is available for Compliance search.

Shipping > Completed Shipping > Completed

Site Settings > Style > Colour

In addition to the existing image swatch, you can now use a colour swatch to visually represent each colour.

This provides a quick, solid-colour preview alongside or instead of an uploaded image.

Report > Milestone Styles & Milestone Orders > Enabled Sizes

We've added a new Enabled Sizes column option to both the Report > Milestone Styles and Report > Milestone Orders reports.

The column displays the sizes that have been enabled in the Style > Colour & Pricing section for each style or order.

Enabled sizes are displayed per colour, so you can see which sizes are active for each colourway directly in your milestone reporting.

Improvement

Site Settings > Order > Critical Path

We've made visual enhancements in Site Settings > Order > Critical Path to improve how you configure and manage milestone templates for your orders.

With this improvement, you'll find a cleaner, more organised interface that supports faster template setup and easier maintenance of your order milestone workflows.

Site Settings > Order > Critical Path Site Settings > Order > Critical Path

Site Settings > Order > Critical Path > Add Activity Site Settings > Order > Critical Path > Add Activity

For detailed guidance on defining and managing critical path templates, refer to Site Settings > Order > Critical Path. To understand how these templates are applied in orders, see Order > Critical Path in the documentation portal.

History Logs > API

We've improved the Customer-facing API so that updates made via the API are now recorded in the History Logs.

Previously, when changes were made through the Customer-facing API, the History Logs were not updated with those changes, making it difficult to track API-driven updates for auditing and traceability.

Now, you have a complete audit trail of all modifications, regardless of whether they were made through the UI or the API.

For API documentation and integration guidance, refer to API in the documentation portal.

Site Settings > Costing > Template > Freight In

We've improved how Freight In is configured and applied when creating costings, now that Freight has been moved to the Costing > Supplier section.

What's improved:

  • Default Freight In on templates – In Site Settings > Costing > Template, you can now set a default Freight In for each costing template. This ensures that costings created with that template start with a consistent freight configuration.

Site Settings > Costing > Template > Freight In Site Settings > Costing > Template > Freight In

  • Auto-populate on suppliers – When you add suppliers in Costing > Supplier, the default Freight In from the template is automatically populated on the Supplier row and on each Market row, reducing manual data entry.

  • Create Costing – When you select a template in the costing creation pop-up, the default Freight In is displayed. You can edit it before creating the costing if you need a different freight for that specific record.

For detailed guidance on configuring costing templates and freight, refer to Site Settings > Costing > Template and Site Settings > Costing > Freight in the documentation portal.

Fixed

Site Settings > Style > Spec Template > Duplicate

We've fixed an issue in Site Settings > Style > Spec Template where duplicating a spec template and changing the size scale caused all measurements to be deleted.

Previously, when you duplicated a spec template and changed the size scale, the measurement descriptions were copied across but with no measurement values, and other measurement metadata (POM, Grade Type, tolerances) was lost.

Now, when you duplicate a spec template and change the size scale, the measurement values are still removed (because the sizes change), but the system now correctly copies across all Measurement POM (Points of Measurement), Descriptions, Grade Type, and Tol +/- (tolerance values). You can duplicate a template for a different size scale and retain the full measurement structure. Only the size-specific values need to be re-entered.

Order > Codes > Barcodes

We've fixed an issue where barcodes in Order > Codes > Barcodes were not displayed correctly.

Now, barcodes display correctly for all sizes in the Order. When you un-associate and re-associate the Order in Style > Codes, delete or edit a barcode in the Style, or delete and re-add barcodes from Order > Codes, the Order reflects these changes immediately. Moreover, when you add barcodes from the Order pop-up, they are now correctly populated in the order.

Emails > Style & Order Activity Approvals & Rejections

We've fixed an issue where the Status (Approval or Rejection) was missing from the Activity email for Style and Order approvals and rejections. The email was not displaying all the relevant details in the top section.

Now, the email includes all the key details of the activity.

Order > Side Widget > Costing

We've fixed an issue in the Select Costing pop-up where not all column names were displayed when choosing columns, and you were unable to scroll down to see all the options.

This now works as expected.

Site Settings > Style > Specification POM

We've fixed an issue where an error message was displayed when opening Site Settings > Style > Specification POM.

Now, the module opens without errors.

Browser View Detection

We fixed an issue where the applications looked too large on Windows 10 and Windows 11 when using the default 125% display scaling.

The system now correctly adapts to your browser and display settings, so the interface appears at the proper size and no longer looks oversized.
