Release Notes - 13th of March 2026

Shipping Search > Status & ETA > Updates for Associated Orders

We've extended the ability to update associated Orders when managing shipments in Search > Shipping. Previously, these options were only available when updating directly within the Shipment application.

What's new:

• Status > Completed — When you update a shipment's status to Completed, you can now choose to update the status of all associated Orders to Completed as well.

• Update ETA — When you update a shipment's ETA, you can now choose to update the ETA for all associated Orders.

Import > Style Import Template > Colour Tags & Drop

We've added support in the Style Import Template, so you can assign colourway tags and drops when importing or updating styles in bulk.

What's new:

• Colour Tags and Drop columns — The Colour Tags and Drop fields are now included in the Style Import Template and appear at the end of the export template.

• Validation — Imported data must match your existing Site Settings configuration. Colour Tags must match Site Settings › Company › Tags, and Drop must match Site Settings › Style › Drop.

Style > Colours & Pricing > Enable or Disable All Sizes

We've added a quicker way to manage size availability across your colourways in Style > Colours.

What's new:

• Enable or disable all sizes at once — Hover over the Sizes column header to see a blue outline, then click to turn all sizes on or off for every colourway in a single step.

• Clear visual cue — The blue outline shows exactly where you can click to apply the change.

• Better history tracking — All changes made when enabling or disabling sizes are now properly recorded in the history logs.

This is especially useful when a size is discontinued or reintroduced for an entire style. Instead of updating each colourway individually, you can apply the change to all colourways at once.

Order > Update ETD > Reason

We've fixed a problem in the Order > Update ETD pop-up where the Reason dropdown didn't display correctly.

This now works as expected.

Report > Shipment Confirmation Summary

We've restored the Shipment Confirmation Summary to the Reports section.

You can run it again to view your shipment confirmation data as before.

Application > Create New > Date Picker & Dropdown Lists

We’ve fixed an issue that made it hard to create new entries. Date pickers and dropdown lists were appearing behind the pop-up window, so you couldn’t see or use them properly. This also affected bulk actions in Search view and Advanced Search.

Everything now appears as expected, so you can select dates, choose options, and complete actions without any trouble.

Shipping > Orders > Add Shipment Quantity & Edit Shipment Quantity Pop-ups

We've fixed several issues in Shipping > Orders when adding or editing shipment quantities:

• Add Shipment Quantity — For orders set up with multiple colours, size quantities were not displaying correctly (only the total quantity appeared, and this typically affected one of the colours). The Order field is now a dropdown, and size quantities display correctly for all colours.
• Edit Shipment Quantity — Quantities were not displayed when editing. We've fixed this so quantities show correctly. The number of sizes shown by default is now 10 before you need to scroll, and you can adjust the column width.

Now experience

When adding or editing shipment quantities for orders with multiple colours, size quantities display correctly for each colour. The Order field appears as a dropdown for easier selection, and the Edit pop-up shows 10 sizes by default with resizable columns.

Component Search > Component and Component by Colour Views

We’ve improved the Component > Search results in both views to make information easier to read and export:

• Colour Description column — A new column has been added. In the Component-only view, multiple colour descriptions now appear as a comma-separated list.
• Colour Codes column — In the Component-only view, colour codes are now shown as a comma-separated list for easier reading.
• Component by Colour view — Removed the extra duplicate rows that appeared when components had colours, since colour details are already shown on their own row.
• Export document — The Tags column now displays the actual tag names instead of numeric IDs, making exports much easier to understand.

Application Advanced Search > Date Filters

We’ve fixed several issues with date filters in Application Advanced Search so they now work as expected:

• Dates display — When you choose a date range (for example, ETD Between), the dates you selected are now shown.
• Filters now work properly — Search results are correctly filtered based on your chosen dates.
• Active filter is visible — The applied date range is displayed on screen, so you can easily see what’s currently filtering your results.

You can now confidently use date filters to narrow down results and clearly see which date range is applied.

Costing

We've fixed several display and functionality issues across Costing:

• Costing > Supplier > Freight & Import Duty — The dropdown lists for Freight and Import Duty columns now display correctly.
• Costing > Style > License Contract — The dropdown now shows the option to search for License Contract in the pop-up.
• Costing > Style > Total License Royalty — The error message that appeared when opening the pop-up has been resolved.
• Costing > Style > Sell Price — Sell Price currency is now editable.
• Costing > Style > Add Component — The option to add a component from the Component application is now displayed and working.

Component Search > Component View > Colours and Tags Column

The following columns have been updated in the Component search:

Colours Column

We've removed the Colours column from the Component view. It has been replaced by Colour Description, which displays colour variants in a clearer format. Use Add Column > Colour Description to add the replacement column to your view.

Tags Column

We've renamed the Tags column to Colourway Tags in the Component view and in the filter section. Exported documents now display the column heading as Colourway Tags instead of Tags.
