Release Notes - 19th of March 2026

New

Application > Side Widgets > Files > Upload as Private

A new option has been added to the add dropdown in the Files side widget, located next to Add a folder and Add files options.

When Upload as private is turned on, uploaded file(s) will be automatically locked and will not be shared to suppliers. This is ideal for sensitive documents that should remain internal only.

Fixed

Planner > Documents > Download Timeout

We've fixed an issue where certain Planner documents were not downloading. The download would start loading but then nothing would happen for these documents:

  • Storyboard A4
  • Storyboard A3
  • Range Planner A4

These documents now download successfully, even when your Planner includes a large number of styles and colourways. The download completes as expected without timing out.

Style > Add Component > Dropdown Fields

We've fixed an issue where dropdown fields in the Add Component popup were not showing any options when clicked. This affected both entry points:

  • Style Search > Bulk Action > Add Components — Dropdown fields such as Definition Section and Source were not displaying their options.
  • Style > Definition > Add Component from the Component Library — Dropdown fields such as Source and Tags in both the Add Component and Edit Component popups were not displaying their options.

Dropdown items now display correctly when clicked. This now works as expected.

Application > Files > Locked (Private)

We've fixed an issue where uploaded files that were set as locked were incorrectly sent to users.

Now, locked files are correctly restricted and will not be shared to unintended users.

Order/Style > Critical Path

We've fixed an issue where adjusting column widths in the Critical Path caused white space to appear between the comments and actions columns. The columns were not resizing correctly when the screen size changed.

Columns now adjust properly when you resize them or change the screen size.

Order > Details > Agent/Factory

We've fixed an issue where the Agent dropdown list was only displaying one agent instead of all available Agents.

The dropdown now displays all available Agents correctly.

Style & Order > Samples > Sample Reports > R Colour Code

We've fixed an issue where the R (Result) colour code was not displaying correctly when Tol+/Tol- was updated in Order/Style > Specification > Measurements. Although the Tol+/Tol- values updated correctly in the Sample Report, the colour code remained stuck on the original tolerance values.

The colour code now reflects the updated Tol+/Tol- values correctly: - Red — outside of tolerance - Orange — not exact but within tolerance - No colour — exact measurement

Style & Order > Samples > Sample Reports > R Column Display

We've fixed an issue where the value in the R column would disappear when expanding the full spec.

The R column value now displays correctly when you expand the full spec.

Site Settings > Company > Suppliers > Supplier Details

We've fixed an issue where editing supplier details and saving would incorrectly disable the supplier.

Suppliers now remain enabled when you save your edits. Only the details you changed are updated; the supplier's enabled status is preserved.

Order > Supplier Loading Capacity > Warning Message

We've fixed an issue where the warning message was no longer displayed when a supplier exceeded their loading capacity. Even with the Supplier loading warning message enabled in Site Settings > Order > General Settings, and when an order's capacity exceeded the max Supplier Loading set in Site Settings > Company > Supplier, no warning was shown.

The warning message now displays correctly when supplier loading capacity is exceeded.
