Release Notes - 25th of March 2026

New

Site Settings > Style > Season > Drops

Seasons now support Drops — each season can have one or more drops, each with an optional In-store Date. You can add, edit, delete, and reorder drops directly from the Season edit drawer. The Season list also displays new Drop and In-store Date columns.

Disabling a Season will also disable its drops. Deleting a Season will remove its associated drops.

Search > Order > Style Custom Fields Columns

You can now add Style Custom Fields as columns in the Order Search view. A new Style Custom Fields group is available in the Choose Columns menu, listing all enabled custom fields from Site Settings > Style > Custom Fields.

  • Selected Style Custom Field columns display in the Order Search grid alongside standard columns.
  • Style Custom Fields are included when you export or download your search results.
  • Saved favourites correctly retain any Style Custom Field columns you have selected.

Style > Samples > Sample Requirements > Create Sample Order

You can now create a Sample Order directly from a sample requirement using the new Create Sample Order action button in the Actions column.

  • The order is automatically populated with the colour, size, and quantity from the selected requirement.
  • If a Sample Cost has been entered, it is copied to the order's Buy Price.
  • The order is linked to the Style for easy traceability.

Note

The quantity must be evenly divisible by the number of active sizes for each colour. If it cannot be split evenly, an error message will be displayed and the order will not be created.

Improvement

Planner > Create Style > Simplified Form

When creating a new style from within the Planner side widgets, you now only need to enter the Style Number to save. All other fields that are normally mandatory (such as License, Brand, Story, Category, Sub Category, Size Scale, etc.) are now optional in this flow. You can still fill them in if you choose, but they are no longer required.

This makes it faster and easier to build out your range during the planning process — you can add the remaining details later from the style page.

Note

This change only applies when creating a style from the Planner. Creating a style from the Main Menu (top navigation + button) continues to enforce all mandatory fields as configured in Site Settings > Style > Mandatory Fields.

Costing > Copy Style Prices with Market Pricing Layout

When Market Pricing Layout is enabled and a style uses Price Type = One Price, creating a costing now automatically copies Sell and Retail Prices from the Style's Primary Market into the costing:

  • Retail Costing — Retail Price is copied to Costing > Style > RRP and to Costing > Supplier > RRP (for Primary and Additional Markets) when adding suppliers.
  • Import Costing — Sell Price and Retail Price are copied to Costing > Style and to Costing > Supplier (for Primary and Additional Markets) when adding suppliers.

Note

This applies only when Use market pricing layout is enabled in Site Settings > Style > General Settings > Default > Configure the default market pricing. If disabled, the previous behaviour applies.

Planner > Styles > Department Filter, Field & Documents

A new Department option has been added to the Planner Styles section:

  • Department is now available as a filter in the style-level filters, allowing you to narrow down styles by their department (from Style > Details > Department).
  • Department is now available as a style field that can be shown or hidden via the view options (eye icon).
  • Department is now included in generated Planner documents when enabled — Storyboard A4, Storyboard A3, Range Planner A4, and Option Plan inc Styles.

Fixed

Style > Codes > Screen Height

We've fixed a display issue where the Codes section was not using the full available screen height, particularly noticeable on larger screens. The section now resizes dynamically to fit your screen.

Style > Colours & Pricing > Size Column Display

We've fixed a display issue in the Colours & Pricing section where size column headings were not left-aligned and the size columns were wider than necessary, causing you to scroll horizontally to see all sizes.

Size headings are now left-aligned and columns auto-resize based on their content, giving you a cleaner and more compact view.

Order & Style > Sample Report > Specification Updates Popup

We've fixed an issue where the Specification Updates popup in the Sample Report was partially hidden behind the page header when updating measurements. The popup now displays fully visible and correctly positioned.

Style & Order > Critical Path > Rejection Popup > Responsibility Dropdown

We've fixed an issue where the Responsibility dropdown in the Critical Path rejection popup was not showing any options. This affected both Style and Order Critical Path views. The dropdown now displays all available options correctly.
