Order > Colour Quantity & Pricing > Market Pricing

We’ve added a new Market Pricing section within Order > Colour Quantity & Pricing to give you more flexibility when managing prices at the order level.

When you create an order, pricing from Style > Colours & Pricing is automatically copied into this section. From there, you can adjust prices specifically for the order without affecting the original values in Style. This is useful when pricing needs to vary for different customers, markets, or order conditions.

Note

Please note that while you can update the prices, Price Type and Home Market are fixed in this view and cannot be edited.

Market Pricing > One Price Market Pricing > One Price

Market Pricing > Price by Size Market Pricing > Price by Size

Order Search > Order by Colour View

We’ve introduced a new Order by Colour view in Order Search to help you manage and analyse orders at a colourway level.

This view groups and displays orders by individual colourways, making it easier to review colour-specific details across your orders.

The following read-only columns are now available in this view:

  • Colour Code
  • Colour Description
  • Colour Family
  • Colourway Image
  • Colourway Swatch

Order Search > Order by Colour View Order Search > Order by Colour View

Supplier Portal > Orders > Season Column

We've added a new Season column in the supplier portal's Orders view.

The Season column is also included when generating the export for this view.

Supplier Portal > Orders > Season Supplier Portal > Orders > Season

Improvement

Style/Order > Definition > Components

We've improved how the Style > Definition and Order > Definition syncs with the updates made in the components' details.

Now, the updates made on a component's number, description, type, composition, and supplier automatically reflect in:

  • Style/Order > Definition
  • Style/Order > Specification Documents
  • Supplier Portal > Style/Order > Definition Documents

Info

Once an order's status is Completed, the changes and updates made will no longer reflect.

Refresher Guide

For more detail on managing Style/Order components, see Style › Definition, Order › Definition, Component › Details, Styles › Side Widgets › Documents (Style Specification), and Orders › Side Widgets › Documents (Specification).

Fixed

Costing > Style > Season

We've fixed an issue where the Season field incorrectly displayed disabled seasons in Site Settings > Style > Season.

The Season field now displays the correct value (or no value as appropriate) when Season has been disabled.

Advanced Search > Style Section

We've fixed an issue where the advanced search page view didn't show the related styles in the Style section when searching for multiple items.

Now, the correct Styles are displayed when using advanced search for multiple items.

Planner > Filters > Fixed Group > Style-level and Tab-level Filters

We've fixed an issue where the Style level filters returned incorrect results on fixed group planners.

Now, the fixed group tabs combine Style-level and Tab-level filters, so that styles correctly match combined filters.

Style Search > Keywords Filter

We've fixed an issue where the Keywords filter results could include items that matched individual words or letters, which returned a large number of irrelevant styles.

The Keywords filter is now optimised so search results are more refined and better aligned with what you enter.

Style/Order/Component > Mandatory Fields and Dates

We've fixed an issue where mandatory fields were not enforced when you edit existing records in Style, Order, and Component.

This fix also applies for dates (e.g., ETD and ETA) that are set as mandatory in their respective Site Settings > General Settings > Mandatory Fields.

Now, the fields and dates that are configured as mandatory will display an error message if you happen to skip such fields/dates.

Style > Samples > Sample Report > Comments

We've fixed an issue in Style > Samples > Sample Reports where editing the texts would incorrectly alter the spacing of words.

Now, texts appear as intended, whether you copy and pasted it, or typed in the comment box.

Supplier Portal > Drive > Shared Folders

We've fixed an issue in Supplier Portal > Drive where the files inside shared folders didn't display, even though files were present and the folder was shared with that supplier.

Suppliers can now see the files inside the folders as expected.

Site Settings > Style > Spec Template & Style > Specification > Multiple Grade

We've fixed an issue where you could not edit or save grades for a measurement that used Multiple as its Grade Type on Site Settings Style > Specification. This happened when the spec template had been saved with blank/empty grade fields for that measurement.

Now, when you edit and save a measurement with Multiple grade rule, any empty grade fields are now saved as 0 instead of remaining blank. This gives you better guidance on which sizes you can enter values and on which ones are left blank.

Import Spec Template > Template Description

We’ve fixed an issue where spec template imports failed to upload measurements if the Template Description had an extra space at the end.

Now, the import will handle accidental spaces correctly, so measurements upload as expected.

Site Settings > Style > Spec Template > Sketches

We’ve fixed issues with sketches created using New Blank Image.

  • Duplicating a spec template: Sketches didn’t display properly, and couldn’t be opened in the drawing tool.
  • Uploading a new sketch: Replacing a sketch image could cause previously created sketches to appear broken.

Now, the sketches display as expected on both duplicated spec template and in uploading a new sketch.

Site Settings > Order > Critical Path

We've fixed an issue where the order of activities on Site Settings > Order > Critical Path was not saved after you used drag and drop to rearrange them.

The Critical Path > Activities is now saved correctly when you make rearrangements.
