Costing > Completed Status Pop-up

When completing a costing, you can now optionally push Retail Price from costing to Style, alongside Buy Price and Sell Price, for both Import and Retail templates.

What you'll see in the Completed Status Pop-up:

  • Style Pricing shows Previous and Next values for easy comparison.
  • In market pricing, a Markets column displays region codes (e.g. AU, NZ).
  • Buy Price appears once at Style level (not repeated per region).

This gives you a single place to review buy, sell, and retail before completing, with clearer visibility across markets.

Planner > Styles > Orders Section

We've added a new feature in managing your styles within a planner.

Now, you can select the associated order/orders for a style, allowing you to compare and contrast relevant order data without leaving the planner view.

The following Order fields are available:

  • Order Number
  • Label
  • In Store
  • ETA
  • ETD
  • Quantity
  • Season
  • Warehouse

Planner > Styles > Order Fields Planner > Styles > Order Fields

Planner > Styles > Orders Planner > Styles > Orders

Planner > Styles > Style View > Group By In Store and Drop

We've added two additional options in grouping your Planner > Styles: In Store and Drop.

  • In Store date-groups using the Planner in store date for the style.
  • Drop- groups using Style > Colours & Pricing > Drop.

Planner > Styles > Style View Planner > Styles > Style View

Style Search > eCommerce Sell Price by Currency

We’ve added eCommerce Sell Price columns to the Style by Colour by Size search view, giving you clearer visibility of pricing across different markets.

What’s new?

  • Sell Price by currency: View eCommerce sell prices with one column per configured currency (e.g. AUD, USD)
  • Size-level pricing: Each column displays the sell price for the specific size in that row
  • Customisable view: Easily show or hide these columns using the Column Chooser

Improvement

Notifications

We’ve enhanced the Notifications page to provide a clearer display.

The way Notifications work hasn’t changed, but it’s now quicker and provides better experience when viewing and managing your updates.

Planner > Styles > Season / Drop / In Store

Previously, Season worked as a simple lookup, Drop was mainly a filter on colour/size rows, and In Store existed as a single standalone date.

Now, the Planner > Styles section now treats Season, Drop, and In Store as a connected set in managing planners.

What's new

  • When you select a Season, the grid pre-populates the Drops and In Store dates that are configured for that season.
  • Each Drop can carry its own quantity, so multi-drop styles reflect real shipment or delivery splits.
  • The overall Quantity field is now a calculated total — it sums the per-drop quantities rather than being a separate manual entry you have to keep in sync.

Application Search > Filters > Search Box for Multiselect Filters

No more scanning the full dropdown to filter what you're searching for. We've added a search box directly above the available values for every multiselect filter.

Fixed

Order > Side Widgets > Costing

When you linked a completed costing to an order in Order > Side Widgets > Costing, pricing from that costing did not appear on the order. You could associate the costing, but the order did not reflect the expected prices.

Now, when the style already has pricing configured in Style > Colours & Pricing, linking a costing to the order copies those style prices onto the order at the moment you make the association. The order then shows the correct pricing straight away, aligned with the style's setup and your costing workflow.
