Troubleshooting

Why is my report empty after I click search?

Filters may be too narrow or required Site Settings data was never created.

Steps to resolve:

  1. Clear optional filters (dates, status, factory, and so on) and search again
  2. Verify the related Site Settings masters listed under Site Settings on this page
  3. Confirm your role can view the underlying module data
Why is Export missing or greyed out?

Some views require a successful search result set before export, or your role may lack export permission.

Steps to resolve:

  1. Run the search so rows appear in the grid
  2. Ask an administrator to confirm report permissions for your user
Why do favourites show stale columns or filters?

Favourites store the last saved layout; source data may have changed.

Steps to resolve:

  1. Open the favourite, adjust Columns and Filters, then save the favourite again
  2. Remove and recreate the favourite if the layout no longer matches your workflow
