Comments

The Comments section in the Sales Order enables collaborative, contextual communication among users. It provides a space to log feedback, questions, clarifications, and decisions related to each customer sales order. Use it for customer discussions, wholesale order notes, and delivery coordination so commercial context stays on the sales order record.

This threaded comment area is accessible directly from the Sales Order screen. It allows for real-time discussions and enhances transparency between internal stakeholders handling the order lifecycle.

Each comment displays the author's name, timestamp, and relevant visibility settings. Key notes can be pinned for emphasis, while internal-only messages can be locked to restrict access.
