Create order
The Create Order function in the Sales Order module enables internal users to formalize a customer’s sales order by generating an official order document. This process automatically imports style-related data, significantly reducing manual input and improving workflow efficiency. It is the step that converts the wholesale sales order into production orders your operations and factory teams can execute against.
Purpose
This feature is used to create an order based on the styles a customer has added to their sales order (cart). It ensures a seamless transition from sales intent to order fulfillment.
Order Type
The type of order generated depends on the number of styles in the sales order:

| Sales order contains multiple styles | A Bulk Order is created |
| Sales order contains a single style | A Single-style Order is created |
Data Transfer
When creating an order, the system automatically carries over the following details from the sales order:
- Style Information
- Colours
- Sizes
- Quantities
This ensures that all customer-selected specifications are preserved, eliminating the need for re-entry and minimizing errors.
