History Log

The History section offers a detailed, time-stamped audit trail for all file-related interactions within a sales order. It supports traceability and transparency, ensuring every change or access event is logged and reviewable. Pair it with other audit views when you need to trace sales order field changes—quantities, delivery dates, customer details—if those are exposed separately on your site.

This tab captures all user interactions with files in the sales order, including uploads, downloads, and updates. The log is presented in chronological order and can be filtered to locate specific actions or dates.

Fields and Configuration

Field Description
Date The exact timestamp of the action performed.
Action Specifies what type of action was taken, such as Upload, Download, or Delete.
Items Lists the specific file or folder affected by the action.
Value From Indicates the context or source of the item (e.g., a workflow stage or document type).
User The user responsible for the action. Helps in accountability and follow-up.
