Preview Image

The Preview Image section provides a read-only visual reference within the sales order. This image is sourced from the customer company, and cannot be modified by internal users. It is the product imagery the customer associates with the line on their order, supporting quick visual validation during wholesale fulfilment and communication.

Each sales order may include an associated preview image submitted by the customer. Internal users are not permitted to change or upload new images to this section. It is intended purely for visual validation and reference.

How to View the Image

  1. Locate the Preview Image section on the compliance item card.
  2. Click the image area to open a fullscreen version.
  3. Use the preview pane to zoom in and inspect image details.

Restrictions

  • The preview image is not editable by internal users.
  • Users cannot upload or replace the image in this section.
  • The image is maintained by the customer company and automatically attached to the relevant sales order item. If customer doesn't have any image configured on their end, an image placeholder will be displayed.

Tips

  • If no customer image is found, reach out to the customer and request that they upload one on their end. This helps ensure easier identification and tracking of sales orders originating from them.
