Claim Search

Claim Search lets you find and manage claims across your organisation. Use filters, keywords, and column customisation to locate claims quickly and perform bulk updates.

Claim Search provides access to all claim records with standard search features—bulk actions, column grouping, inline editing, favourites, and export.

Columns Available

You can customise your Claim Search view by adding or removing columns. The following columns are available:

Column Description
Image Preview image of the claim.
Claim Number Unique identifier for the claim. This field cannot be edited.
Description Brief summary of the claim. This field can be edited.
Style Number Style associated with the claim. This field cannot be edited.
Order Number Order associated with the claim. This field cannot be edited.
Agent Agent managing the claim. This field cannot be edited. Clicking the agent will display the Company Details pop-up, showing the:
Agent Name
Country
Manufacturing ID
Agent Profile Photo
Monthly Capacity
Number of Order, Componenent, Claim, License, Costing, and Compliance - Shows the number of assigned/shared items to the company.
Capacity Overview - Quick comparison of the Capacity (in percentage) and Quantity (in numbers) for current year and succeeding year per month.
Staff - List of staff names for the company and their respective emails.
Factory Production factory associated with the claim. This field cannot be edited. Clicking the factory will display the Company Details pop-up, showing the:

Country
Manufacturing ID
Agent Profile Photo
Monthly Capacity
Number of Order, Componenent, Claim, License, Costing, and Compliance - Shows the number of assigned/shared items to the company.
Capacity Overview - Quick comparison of the Capacity (in percentage) and Quantity (in numbers) for current year and succeeding year per month.
Staff - List of staff names for the company and their respective emails.
Status Current claim status (e.g., Draft, Pending, Cancelled, Completed). This field can be edited.
Completed Date Date the claim was marked as Completed.
Created By The user who created the claim record. This field cannot be edited.
Created Date Date and time the claim was created. This field cannot be edited.
Department Department assigned from the Style item. This field cannot be edited.
Due Date Date by which the claim is due. This field can be edited.
Recovered Amount recovered from the claim. This field cannot be edited.
Resolution Outcome of the claim (e.g., Full Payment, Partial Payment). This field can be edited.
Shared Displays the agent/factory name in which the claim was shared. This field cannot be edited.
Staff Internal team member responsible for managing the claim. This field can be edited. The list in this dropdown can be configured in Site Settings › Company › Staff.
Total Total value of the claim. This field cannot be edited.
Type Claim categorisation. This field can be edited. The list in this dropdown can be configured in Site Settings › Claim › Type.
Updated Date and time of the last update. This field cannot be edited.

Filter

The following filters are available to narrow your search results:

Filter Description
Agent Filter by agent. The list in this dropdown can be configured in Site Settings › Company › Suppliers.
Completed Date Filter by claim completion date.
Created Filter by creation date.
Created Between Filter by date range when the claim was created.
Created By Filter by user who created the claim.
Department Filter by department. The list in this dropdown can be configured in Site Settings › Order › Department.
Due Date Filter by due date.
Factory Filter by factory. The list in this dropdown can be configured in Site Settings › Company › Suppliers.
Keywords Free-text search across claim fields.
Resolution Filter by claim resolution outcome.
Staff Filter by staff member. The list in this dropdown can be configured in Site Settings › Company › Staff.
Status Filter by claim status.
Type Filter by claim type. The list in this dropdown can be configured in Site Settings › Claim › Type.
Updated Filter by last update date.
Updated Between Filter by date range when the claim was last updated.

Bulk Actions

Claim Search supports bulk actions with these functionalities:

Fields Agent — Agent managing the claim.
Due Date — Date by which the claim is due.
Factory — Production factory associated with the claim.
Resolution — Outcome of the claim (e.g., Full Payment, Partial Payment).
Status — Current claim status (e.g., Draft, Pending, Cancelled, Completed).
Type — Claim categorisation.
