License Search
License Search lets you find and manage license records across your organisation. Use filters, keywords, and column customisation to locate license records quickly and perform bulk updates.
License Search provides access to all license records with standard search features—bulk actions, column grouping, inline editing, favourites, and export.
Configuring License and Licensor Options
The License and Licensor dropdown options in filters and bulk actions are configured in Site Settings. License types are managed in Site Settings › License › General Settings, and licensors (the external parties providing the licence) are managed in Site Settings › Style › Licensor. Keep these lists up-to-date to ensure accurate filtering and consistent categorisation across license records.
Columns Available
You can customise your License Search view by adding or removing columns. The following columns are available:

| Image | Preview image of the license or associated style. |
| Contract No. | Unique identifier for the licence contract. This field cannot be edited. |
| License | Type of licence being granted or used. This field can be edited. The list in this dropdown can be configured in Site Settings › License › General Settings. |
| Licensor | External party providing the licence. This field can be edited. The list in this dropdown can be configured in Site Settings › Style › Licensor. |
| Valid From | Start date of the licence validity period. This field can be edited. |
| Valid To | End date of the licence validity period. This field can be edited. |
| Status | Current licence status (e.g., Active, Expired, Cancelled). This field can be edited. |
| CMF % | Creative Marketing Fund percentage linked to the agreement. This field can be edited. |
| Created | Date and time the license record was created. This field cannot be edited. |
| Created By | User who created the license record. This field cannot be edited. |
| Marketing % | Portion of revenue or cost allocated to marketing efforts. This field can be edited. |
| Minimum $ | Guaranteed minimum financial obligation for the contract. This field can be edited. |
| Updated | Date and time of the last update. This field cannot be edited. |
Filter
The following filters are available to narrow your search results:

| Created | Filter by creation date. |
| Created Between | Filter by date range when the license record was created. |
| Created By | Filter by user who created the license record. |
| Keywords | Free-text search across license fields. |
| License | Filter by license type. The list in this dropdown can be configured in Site Settings › License › General Settings. |
| Licensor | Filter by licensor. The list in this dropdown can be configured in Site Settings › Style › Licensor. |
| Recent | Filter to show recently updated license records. |
| Status | Filter by license status. |
| Updated | Filter by last update date. |
| Updated Between | Filter by date range when the license record was last updated. |
| Valid From | Filter by validity start date. |
| Valid To | Filter by validity end date. |

License Search supports bulk actions with these functionalities:
