Order Search

Order Search lets you find and manage orders across your production and procurement workflow. Use filters, keywords, and column customisation to locate orders quickly and perform bulk updates.

Order Search supports application-specific column organisation and all standard search features—bulk actions, column grouping, inline editing, favourites, and export.

View Options

Use the view selector to switch between Order rows (one per order), Order by Colour rows (one per order and colourway), and Order by Colour by Market rows (one per order, colourway, and market).

View Description
Order Displays one row per order with order-level totals and details.
Order by Colour Groups and displays orders by individual colourway, making it easier to review colour-specific details across your orders.
Order by Colour by Market Displays orders broken down by colourway and market for market-level pricing analysis. Each row represents one order, style, colour, and market combination. Markets come from Order › Style Details › Additional Markets. Add Buy Price, Sell Price, and RRP columns to review pricing configured in Order › Colour Quantity & Pricing › Market Pricing.

Order Search > Order by Colour view Order Search > Order by Colour view

Order by Colour view

The Order by Colour view is designed for colourway-level analysis. Add columns through Choose Columns to show colour-specific fields such as Colour Code, Colour Description, Colour Family, Colourway Image, Colourway Swatch, and Colourway Quantity.

Order by Colour by Market

When using the Order by Colour by Market view, each row represents an order, colourway, and market combination. Use this view to compare retail and sell prices across the regions you are ordering for, without opening each order individually.

Order Search > Order by Colour by Market view Order Search > Order by Colour by Market view

Market pricing

Switch to Order by Colour by Market and add pricing columns such as Buy Price, Sell Price, and RRP to review market pricing as configured on each order:

Order pricing type What Order Search displays
One Price Buy Price and the related market RRP and Sell Price display as configured on the order. This matches how market pricing appears in Style Search › Style by Colour by Market.
Price by Size Market pricing follows the values set in Order › Colour Quantity & Pricing › Market Pricing for each colourway and market.

Add the Markets column from Choose Columns to show which market each row represents. Use the Markets filter in Search and Advanced Search to narrow results to specific regions.

For setting up markets and pricing on orders, see Order › Style Details › Additional Markets and Order › Colour Quantity & Pricing › Market Pricing.

Activity columns

Add activity columns from the Critical Path category in Choose Columns to display milestone status across your search results. Each activity you add appears as its own column. You can select up to 40 activity types in a single view.

  1. Open Order Search and choose Choose Columns.
  2. Expand Critical Path and select the activities you want to track.
  3. Click an activity cell to approve, reject, or add a comment when notes are configured for that activity.
  4. Tick the column header checkbox to bulk approve or reject the selected activity for every checked order in the view.
  5. Scan the column totals at the bottom of the grid to see how many records sit in each activity status at a glance.
