Sales Order Search

Sales Order Search lets you find and manage sales orders across your organisation. Use filters, keywords, and column customisation to locate sales orders quickly and perform bulk updates.

Sales Order Search supports application-specific column organisation and all standard search features—bulk actions, column grouping, inline editing, favourites, and export.

Columns Available

You can customise your Sales Order Search view by adding or removing columns. Columns are organised under category headings in Choose Columns. The following columns are available:

Image Preview image of the sales order. No
Sales Order Unique identifier for the sales order (e.g., SO000000). No
Customer Customer or retail channel for the sales order. No
Created Date and time the sales order was created. No
Last Updated Date Date and time of the last update. No
Status Current sales order status. The list available for this can be configured in Site Settings › Sales Order › General Settings. Yes
Payment Status Current payment status of the sales order. Yes
Payment Terms Payment terms for the sales order. No
Created By User who created the sales order. No
Currency Currency for the sales order. No
Tax Tax amount for the sales order. No
Total ex Tax Total amount excluding tax. No
Total inc. Tax Total amount including tax. No
Updated Date and time of the last update. No

Filter

Use filters to narrow your Sales Order Search results. The following filters are available:

Filter Description
Created Filter by sales order creation date.
Created Between Filter by creation date range.
Customer Filter by customer or retail channel. The list for this filter depends on what was configured in Site Settings › Company › Customer.
Keywords Search across sales order fields by keyword.
Payment Status Filter by payment status.
Recent Filter to show recently viewed or updated sales orders.
Status Filter by sales order status. The list for this filter depends on what was configured in Site Settings › Sales Order › General Settings.
Updated Filter by last update date.
Updated Between Filter by update date range.

Bulk Actions

Sales Order Search supports bulk actions with these functionalities:

Action Bar Fields
Fields Customer — Customer or retail channel for the sales order.
Payment Status — Current payment status of the sales order.
Status — Current sales order status.
