Shipping Overview

Helpful Tips

  • Use the container management tools to optimise shipment grouping and prevent capacity issues.
  • Always confirm the final shipped quantity before closing a shipment to ensure record accuracy.

Common Pitfall

Shipping numbers should not contain spaces. Spaces in identifier fields can cause inconsistent search results and make filtering less reliable. Use a hyphen (-) or underscore (_) as a separator instead (e.g., SHP-001 rather than SHP 001).

Troubleshooting

Why is my shipment not appearing in the shipment list?

This usually occurs when the shipment status filter is set to Active Only. Change the filter to All to see shipments in all states.

Steps to resolve:

  1. Navigate to Shipping > Shipment List
  2. Click the Filter icon
  3. Set Status to All
  4. Click Apply
Why are my container quantities not matching the order?

Container quantity mismatches occur when items are split across multiple containers but the Final Shipped Quantity has not been confirmed.

Steps to resolve:

  1. Open the shipment and navigate to the container view
  2. Review the item allocation across all containers
  3. Confirm the Final Shipped Quantity for each item
  4. See Final Shipped Quantity Management for detailed guidance
Why can I not find my shipment when searching?

Shipment search relies on exact matching of identifier fields. If your shipping number contains spaces or special characters, search results may be inconsistent.

Steps to resolve:

  1. Check the shipping number for unintended spaces
  2. Use a hyphen (-) or underscore (_) as separators instead of spaces
  3. Re-enter the search term using the corrected format
