Manage Shipping Orders
The Orders section lets you assign order items to a shipment with lines grouped by order for clearer navigation. You can expand or collapse rows, edit quantities and cartons, run auto-calculation where supported, and tailor which columns appear in the table. Use it to keep assignments accurate and aligned with production and fulfilment status.

Edit Shipment Quantity
| Step | Description |
|---|---|
| 1 | Click the pencil icon in the Actions column. |
| 2 | In the pop-up window, edit/change values for the whole orders included in the section. You may edit the following: • Ratio - Defines the distribution or proportional split of quantities across sizes, colours, or packaging configurations. Adjusting the ratio recalculates corresponding quantities based on the defined allocation. • Qty - The total number of units assigned to the item or order line. Updating this value will automatically adjust dependent calculations such as total cartons and overall shipment quantity. For Component Bulk Orders, decimal values up to 2 decimal places are supported. • Cartons - Specifies the number of cartons required for the selected items. Editing this helps ensure accurate packing, load planning, and shipment documentation. • Total - The final computed value reflecting the sum of all quantities. This updates dynamically based on changes made to Ratio or Qty. |
| 3 | Click Save to update the quantities of the orders |

Helpful Tips
- Use the filter to quickly locate and add specific items to a shipment. This is especially useful for large orders, saving time and preventing manual errors.
- Leverage the auto-calculation feature for items with a set size ratio. Enter the total quantity and size breakdown to automatically distribute units, ensuring accuracy for bulk entries.
- To prevent assignment errors, ensure both the colourway and quantity are entered before changing an item's status to 'Assigned'. The system requires this data to finalise the assignment.
