Comments

The Comments tab provides a threaded space for real-time feedback, clarifications, and internal reviews on a shipment record. Discussions stay in context next to the shipment instead of scattered across email. You can pin important messages or delete outdated ones so the thread stays clear and accountable. Use it for freight discussions, forwarder coordination, and customs or clearance notes that belong on the consignment. A single in-record thread preserves a logistics audit trail alongside carrier and status updates.

Add Comment Add a new comment to share updates, ask questions, or make observations.
Pin Comment Pin important messages to the top of the thread to ensure they remain visible for all users.
Delete Comment Delete comments that are outdated or no longer relevant to keep the discussion focused.
User Attribution Each comment is automatically labelled with the author's name and a timestamp, ensuring clear accountability.
Unread Indicator A blue dot indicates new comments that you have not yet read, helping you stay up-to-date with conversations.
