Documents
The Documents section is a read-only hub for system-generated paperwork tied to a shipment, including the consolidated Shipping Orders document. Staff can open or download copies quickly for review, archiving, or sharing without uploading or deleting from this screen. It complements the Files tab by focusing on standard outputs rather than ad hoc attachments. Expect formal outputs here such as consolidated shipping orders; bills of lading, customs packs, and freight invoices uploaded by partners usually sit under Files alongside these generated documents.
