History Log

The History tab records a chronological log of actions on files and folders within the shipping record for audit readiness. Each entry captures when something happened, what changed, which item was affected, and which user acted. Teams rely on it for transparent traceability of document activity on the shipment. In shipping workflows it also helps explain container assignment changes, freight status updates, and who touched critical paperwork before dispatch or clearance.

Fields and Description

Field Description
Date Timestamp of the recorded action. Indicates when the action happened.
Action Type of interaction performed (e.g., Create, Delete).
Items Name of the file or folder that was created or modified.
Value From Indicates the origin or context of the item (e.g., document category or workflow stage).
User The user who performed the action. Provides accountability and clarity in collaborative environments.
