Shipment Status

The Status control updates the current state of a shipping item so teams can see whether work is in progress, completed, or cancelled. Predefined statuses reflect lifecycle stages and support filtering and reporting. Choosing a value from the side widget applies immediately for clearer handoffs and reconciliation. In practice statuses align with shipment tracking states such as booked, in transit, arrived, cleared, completed, or cancelled so operations, finance, and customer service share the same view of the freight.

Updating Status

Step Action
1 Locate the Status button at the bottom of the shipping card.
2 Click the button to open the dropdown list.
3 Select the desired status (e.g., In Progress, Completed, Cancelled). The system will apply the new status immediately.
