General Settings
The General Settings serve as the central control hub for managing company information within the platform. These settings help ensure that all company branding and contact data are consistently applied across all modules.
By configuring these foundational values, administrators ensure the system reflects accurate, up-to-date business details. These fields are typically set during onboarding but can be adjusted as the business grows or changes.

Troubleshooting
Why is my logo blurry on exports?
Low-resolution uploads are scaled up by document templates.
Steps to resolve:
- Export the logo from your brand kit at the largest size supported by your template guidelines.
- Re-upload under Company Logo and regenerate a sample export to confirm sharpness.
Why did MFA enforcement lock users out?
Turning on MFA requires every account to complete enrollment before they can continue.
Steps to resolve:
- Communicate the cut-over date and support process ahead of time.
- Temporarily pause enforcement only if your security policy allows, then re-enable after users finish setup.
Why is AI eCommerce Description unavailable?
Company AI must be enabled for AI-assisted copy features.
Steps to resolve:
- Toggle Company AI on in this screen.
- Retry the style or portal workflow that generates descriptions; confirm users still have module access.
