Store Locations
The Store Locations section enables users to define and manage physical locations where sales transactions occur. These records provide a structured way to organise retail operations, track regional performance, and ensure accurate reporting across multiple sites.
Store locations represent individual retail sites, warehouses, or service centres within your organisation. By managing these centrally, teams can standardise location information, improve operational visibility, and maintain accurate records for financial reporting and inventory management.
The Store Locations section allows you to create a consistent set of location records that can be used for sales transactions, inventory allocation, and regional reporting. These locations help ensure that transactions are properly attributed to the correct site and provide clarity on where business activities are taking place.

- Ensure currency settings match the location's operating region to avoid transaction discrepancies.
- Regularly review and update address information to ensure accurate delivery and correspondence.
- Use consistent location codes across all systems to improve integration and reporting accuracy.
- Document location-specific requirements such as operating hours, contact details, or regional compliance needs in associated records.
