Story
The Story section allows you to define and manage seasonal, thematic, or narrative groupings that can be linked to styles. Stories help contextualise collections and communicate creative direction across design, marketing, and sales workflows.
Stories are often used to represent product narratives such as Back to School, European Summer, or Festival Capsule. Assigning stories to styles enables filtering, assortment planning, and enhances storytelling across catalogues and B2B platforms.

Pro tips
- Align with Marketing: Use story names that align with your seasonal marketing campaigns and retail calendars to ensure a consistent message across all channels.
- Archive, Don't Delete: It is best practice to Disable past or inactive stories instead of deleting them. This preserves historical data and ensures past collections remain accurately categorised.
- Enhance B2B Presentations: Assign stories to styles early in the development process. This allows buyers to see cohesive collections in B2B portals, improving their buying experience.
