Style eCommerce Status
The eCommerce Status section within the Style module controls the availability of styles in the B2B Store. It allows users to manage when a style is ready for publishing to external partners. It reflects online store publication intent and B2B visibility, so internal teams can keep draft work private until the style is cleared for customer-facing channels. Merchandising often coordinates this toggle with final approvals, imagery, and costing readiness before partners see the range.

The eCommerce Status section is found in the side widget of a style record. It enables users to toggle a style between internal draft mode and published mode for B2B visibility. This creates a clear workflow for controlling which styles are visible to external customers in the B2B Store.

Status Options
| Status | Description |
|---|---|
| Draft | The style is not visible in the B2B Store. It remains internal only. |
| Published | The style is available in the B2B Store for external customers, provided all eCommerce requirements are completed. |
How to Change eCommerce Status
- Open the style record.
- Locate the eCommerce Status field in the side widget of the style page.
- Change the status from Draft to Published when the style is ready for external viewing.
Important Note
Even if a style's eCommerce Status is set to Published, it will not appear in the B2B Store unless all required fields in the eCommerce tab (such as Colours, Sizes, and Style Details) are properly completed.
Important Notes When Using eCommerce Status
Visibility Requirements: A style must have all mandatory eCommerce fields populated before it will display in the B2B Store, regardless of its Published status.
Draft vs Published: Use Draft for styles still in development or awaiting internal review. Switch to Published only when the style is fully ready for external customers.
Best Practices
Verify Before Publishing: Always verify that all required fields in the eCommerce tab are populated before setting a style to Published.
Regular Audits: Periodically audit published styles to ensure data consistency and full visibility in the B2B Store.
