Style Order History
The Order History section provides a list of all orders linked to a style record. It enables users to quickly view related order activity without needing to search manually across the system, supporting production tracking, order volume analysis, and audit verification throughout the style lifecycle. It is the style-centric view of production orders raised against that style, useful when reconciling buys, repeats, or delivery performance back to the product record.
The Order History widget appears in the left-hand sidebar of a style record. It offers a shortcut to view all order activity associated with the selected style. When you click the section, you are redirected to the Order Search View with results pre-filtered to show only orders linked to the current style. This streamlines the process of monitoring production activity, tracking order volumes, and verifying order history for a specific style.
Core Actions
These actions are available to all users with access to the style record and allow for quick access to order-related information.

Important Notes When Using Order History
Filter Behaviour: Changing filters in the Order Search View after opening from Order History will expand the results beyond the current style. Re-apply the style filter manually if you need to keep results scoped to the selected style.
Access Control: Order visibility depends on your user role and permissions. You will only see orders you have access to within the system.
Data Scope: The Order History section shows orders linked to the style at the time of opening. New orders created after opening the view will appear when you refresh or re-open the section.
Best Practices
Regular Review: Regularly review order history to monitor production activity and order volumes tied to each style.
Export for Reporting: Use the Export tool in the Order Search View when a full order report is needed for a particular style, such as for production planning or audit purposes.
Verify Before Filtering: If you need to apply additional filters, verify that your results remain scoped to the current style, or re-apply the style filter as needed.
