Style Preview Image
The Preview Image section in the Style module allows users to upload a representative image for the style record. This visual appears in summary cards and detailed views, helping teams quickly identify and differentiate styles across product development, merchandising, and cross-functional review processes. Treat it as the hero product image for the style wherever thumbnails are shown in lists, approvals, or dashboards.
Preview images are displayed on the style card and used throughout dashboards, approval workflows, and summary views. Users can upload or remove the preview image directly from the style card interface. A clear, high-quality image improves visibility and review efficiency, making it easier for team members to recognise styles at a glance.

These actions are available to all users with access to the style record and allow for basic preview image management.

Important Notes When Using Preview Image
File Format: Only PNG and JPG files are supported. Other formats will not be accepted.
Image Deletion: Deleting the preview image is permanent. The image will no longer appear on the style card or in summary views. Consider backing up important images before removal.
