Style Colours & Pricing
The Colours & Pricing section is where you set up all the colours and prices for your style. This helps you keep track of which colours you're making, what sizes are available in each colour, and how much each item costs.
The Colours & Pricing section allows you to manage colour variants, pricing, sizes, and tags for your styles in one centralised view. This document provides step-by-step guidance on adding, editing, and organising colours, setting up prices and sizes, and leveraging advanced features like Drops, Tags, and Region View for effective planning and forecasting.

Quick Check - Before You Start
- Open an existing style record with permission to edit Colours & Pricing (not a read-only view).
- If you use Drop, Markets, or region forecasts, confirm the related columns are enabled under Site Settings > Style > General Settings.
- Configure currencies, tags, and your colour list in Site Settings before entering prices so dropdowns and validation succeed.

How to Remove Colours
You have two options for removing colours:
Option 1: Delete a Colour
- You can only delete a colour if you haven't assigned any style codes to it yet

Option 2: Disable a Colour
- If you've already assigned style codes to a colour, you can't delete it.
- Instead, uncheck the box next to the colour to disable it.
- Disabled colours won't show up in your style codes, but any existing codes will stay in the system.

Enable or Disable All Sizes
You can manage size availability across all colourways in a single step:
- Enable or disable all sizes at once — Hover over the Sizes column header to see a blue outline, then click to turn all sizes on or off for every colourway.
- Clear visual cue — The blue outline shows exactly where you can click to apply the change.
All changes made when enabling or disabling sizes are recorded in the history logs.
This is especially useful when a size is discontinued or reintroduced for an entire style. Instead of updating each colourway individually, you can apply the change to all colourways at once.

Drop
The Drop feature allows you to define and manage product releases in a structured and visually intuitive way.
This provides greater flexibility and control over how product variations are presented and priced, making it easier to manage seasonal releases, limited editions, or staggered product launches.
To configure the options, click the guide here: Site Settings > Style > Drop
Administrator Configuration Required
Ensure that Drop is enabled in Site Settings > Style > General Settings > User Interface Layout > Columns to Display for it to show in your Colours & Pricing section.

Images
This column allows you to upload, manage, and view images directly alongside each colourway. Any updates made here are also reflected in the Planner > Styles > Images row for consistent visual reference across the system.
Use this column to upload one or multiple images, either through drag-and-drop or manual selection. Each image includes a quick-delete option and supports preview pop-ups for closer inspection. This helps you visually identify colourways, verify artwork, and review reference materials without navigating away from the Colours & Pricing section.
You can switch between small and large icon views to see your images the way you prefer. Your preferred display setting is remembered across all applications.

Deleting Images
The Styles > Colours & Pricing > Images and Planner > Styles > Images sections are interconnected. Any changes made in one will also affect the other. Ensure that you thoroughly cross-check both areas before deleting an image to avoid unintended impacts.
Tags
This allows users to display and manage tags associated with specific colours.
Ensures colour-related information is easily accessible for merchandising and production reference.

Setting Up Your Tags
Navigate to Site Settings > Company > Tags to set up the tags that you'll use for this section.
Markets
The Markets view provides an overview of colour and regional data for more effective planning and forecasting.
| Field | Description | Essential Importance |
|---|---|---|
| Colourway | Displays the colour variants available for the style or product. | Ensures visibility of all available colour options for regional planning and stock alignment. |
| Markets | Lists the markets (regions) where the colourway is distributed or available. | Supports market-specific tracking, ensuring regional allocation and availability are accurately represented. |
| Forecast | Displays the sum of all projections for the selected regions. | Provides a clear view of total demand, assisting in production forecasting and inventory management across regions. |
| Channel Projection | Allows users to define and view sales projections by channel (e.g., eCommerce, Wholesale, or Retail). | Provides visibility into expected performance across sales channels, enabling more accurate forecasting, production planning, and stock allocation. By managing projections per channel, teams can optimise inventory distribution and align sales strategies with demand patterns. |
Quick Edit from Search View
You can edit the Market field directly from Search > Style view, allowing you to update regional information for multiple styles without going to each individual style record. For more information, see Search > Manage Data > Edit Data within the Search View.

Setting Up Your Projections
Navigate to Site Settings > Style > General Settings > User Interface Layout > Configure region quantity forecasts to set up your projections.
Order Pricing
After you add a colour, you can set up:
- Available Sizes – Specify which sizes are offered for this particular colourway. This helps ensure accurate costing, availability tracking, and consistency across your style variants.
- Tags – Add descriptive labels to better organise and categorise your styles. You can select from your existing tag list or create new tags as needed, making it easier to filter, group, and manage items across your catalogue.
-
Prices – This allows you to manage multiple price points for each size of your style:
- Buy Price: The amount your business pays to procure the item. This forms the basis of your costing and margin calculations.
- Sell Price: The standard price at which you intend to sell the item, typically used for wholesale or internal transactions.
- Retail Price: The primary price displayed to customers in your main retail environment.
- Alt Retail Price: An additional retail price option, ideal for special markets, regional stores, or promotional setups.
- Alt Retail Price 2: A second alternative retail price, giving you further flexibility for unique pricing scenarios, partner stores, or differentiated sales models.
Important Note About Prices
If you use Alt Retail Price and Alt Retail Price 2, they must be in different currencies.
Changing Price Types Resets Pricing
Changing the price type will reset the pricing. Be careful when switching between One Price, Price by Size, and Price by Colour.
When in Sizes view, the Order Pricing section displays a Markets area where you can configure market-specific pricing. The options available depend on what is included in Details > Additional Markets.
One Price
Use this option when a single price applies to all sizes within the colour. This simplifies pricing set-up by applying one consistent value.
Home Market
- Select which market will be the home market. The options available depend on what was included in Details > Additional Markets.
- When a Home Market is selected, a Primary pill appears next to the market name to indicate it.
Buy Price
- Select the currency for the buy price, then enter the price in the Price field.
Markets
For each market, you can configure:
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Market Name | The name of the market. |
| Sell Price | Select the currency for the sell price, then enter the price in the Price field. |
| Retail Price | Select the currency for the retail price, then enter the price in the Price field. |

Price by Size
Allows you to assign different prices per size. Supports detailed cost management, especially when material or production costs vary by size.
The structure is similar to One Price, with the addition of price fields per size displayed in column form. You can configure:
- Home Market – Select from the markets included in Details > Additional Markets.
- Buy Price – Select currency and enter the price.
- Markets – For each market, configure Sell Price and Retail Price (with currency selection and Price field) for each size column.

Price by Colour
Applies price differentiation based on colour variations. This provides flexibility for styles with colour-dependent pricing, ensuring accurate reflection of production or market value.
In this pricing type, the price fields are displayed within the colourway rows:
- Buy Price column – Select which currency to base the Buy Price.
- Price field – One Price field per colourway only.

Helpful Tips for Reporting Colour-Specific Attributes
When using the Style Search view, you can generate detailed reports on colour-specific attributes such as Tags and Drops:
- Use Tags to filter and group colours across styles for better tracking and analysis.
- Use Drops to report seasonal or release-specific colour variations.
Weight
Records the individual weight of each size within the style.
Capturing these weights ensures precise calculations for shipping costs and enables better logistics planning, especially when dealing with multi-size or bulk orders. Accurate weight data also supports compliance with carrier or freight requirements, prevents discrepancies in fulfilment, and improves overall cost estimation across regions and delivery methods.

Helpful Tips
- Set up your currencies and tags before adding prices.
- Use consistent tags across your styles to make them easier to find.
- Regularly check your colours to remove ones you're no longer using.
Next Steps
Troubleshooting
Why don’t I see the Drop column on Colours & Pricing?
Drop must be turned on in Site Settings and included in the Columns to Display layout for the Colours & Pricing grid.
Steps to resolve:
- Ask an administrator to enable Drop under Site Settings > Style > General Settings > User Interface Layout > Columns to Display.
- Refresh the style record and reopen Colours & Pricing.
Why can’t I delete a colour from this style?
Colours that already have style codes assigned cannot be deleted; they must be disabled instead.
Steps to resolve:
- Uncheck the colour to disable it so it no longer appears for new style codes.
- If you must remove codes first, work with your team to clear or reassign assignments according to your process.
My prices disappeared or reset—what happened?
Changing the price type (One Price, Price by Size, Price by Colour) resets pricing for that configuration. Alt Retail and Alt Retail 2 must use different currencies.
Steps to resolve:
- Before switching price types, export or note current values if your organisation requires a backup.
- Re-enter prices after the type change.
- If using alternate retail prices, set each field to a distinct currency as described in the pricing warnings on this page.
I deleted an image in Colours & Pricing—why did it change elsewhere?
Colours & Pricing > Images and Planner > Styles > Images share the same data; changes in one place update the other.
Steps to resolve:
- Review both Styles > Colours & Pricing > Images and Planner > Styles > Images before deleting.
- Restore or re-upload from backup if removal was unintentional.
