Style Inventory

The Inventory section of the Style application enables users to track and manage available stock quantities efficiently. Inventory items are grouped by colour, making it easy to monitor and organise style inventories.

Style inventory can be managed directly from the Style Application. Each inventory entry captures key details such as colour, size, warehouse location, and available quantity. Inventory records are editable for streamlined workflows.

Troubleshooting

I do not see the Inventory tab or expected inventory features—what should I check?

The feature can be turned off at the site level.

Steps to resolve:

  1. Go to Site Settings > Style > General Settings > Style Inventory.
  2. Enable Style Inventory if your organisation uses it, then reopen the style.
Which cell can I edit for quantities?

Quantities are edited from the pen icon under the Available column for the colour you need to adjust.

Steps to resolve:

  1. In Style > Inventory, locate the colour row.
  2. Click the pen icon under Available, change Quantity, and save.
What does Lock do on an inventory row?

Lock stops the inventory from appearing in inventory reports and from active order calculations, as described on this page.

Steps to resolve:

  1. Use Lock for obsolete, reserved, or under-review stock you do not want included in those views.
  2. Unlock if the record should return to normal reporting and order logic (if your role allows).
