Style Sales Order
The Sales Order tab within the Style application displays a complete list of all sales orders that include the selected style. This section serves as a reference point to review how the style is distributed across various sales activities.
This tab is view-only and does not allow direct editing of sales order information. It consolidates all related sales orders tied to the current style for easy tracking.

Quick Check - Before You Start
- Open the correct style; this tab only lists sales orders that include that style.
- Remember the tab is view-only for order line data—use filters and bulk actions rather than expecting inline edits on the grid.

Troubleshooting
Why are Create Order and Add to Order greyed out or missing?
Bulk order actions apply only to sales orders that do not yet have a linked order.
Steps to resolve:
- Filter or sort to find lines without orders.
- Select those rows with the checkboxes, then use Create Order or Add to Order.
Why can I not edit a sales order from this tab?
The Sales Order tab is intentionally view-only for sales order information.
Steps to resolve:
- Open the relevant sales order or order workflow elsewhere in the application (per your organisation’s process).
- Use this tab to filter, review, and choose bulk actions only where supported.
The list is noisy—how do I narrow it down?
Use Filter by Status and Filter by Order Status (With orders / Without orders) to match the list to the question you are answering.
Steps to resolve:
- Set Status to the fulfillment or approval stage you care about.
- Switch Order Status to With orders or Without orders depending on whether you need lines already tied to an order.
