Manage Company Details

The Company section in the Supplier Portal allows suppliers to maintain accurate business information that is visible to customers and used throughout the platform. Keeping this section up to date ensures professional presentation and facilitates effective communication.

How to Access Company Details

  1. Click the Settings icon in the left-hand navigation menu.
  2. Select the Company tab to open the company configuration page.
Administrator Access Required

Only users with administrator permissions can access and edit the Company Details section.

Supplier Portal Company Details

Editable Fields

The Company section includes the following fields:

Section Fields Description
Logo Company logo Upload an image (PNG or JPG). Displayed on shared documents and the customer portal.
Company Name Company Name The name displayed in documents and portal views.
Timezone Timezone Select the appropriate time zone for accurate date and time records.
Address Address 1, Address 2, Country, Town/Suburb, State, Zip/Postcode The main business address. Appears on official documentation.
Shipping Address Address 1, Address 2, Country, Town/Suburb, State, Zip/Postcode Enter if different from the main address. Used for logistics purposes.
Contact Website, Email Address, Contact Number These details are visible on the portal and used by customers to reach your team.
Profile Company Profile A rich text field where you can describe your company, capabilities, and background.
Monthly Capacity Monthly Capacity Specify your production capacity in units per month. This supports customer planning and forecasting.
Manufacturing Items Product Tags Enter the product categories you manufacture (e.g., T-shirts, Activewear, Denim). Helps customers search and filter suppliers.

Best Practices

  • Ensure your logo and company name are current for accurate brand representation.
  • Keep address and contact details up to date to prevent communication issues.
  • Use the profile field to present a strong summary of your company’s strengths.
  • Update monthly capacity as your production capability changes.
  • Add relevant manufacturing tags to improve your visibility in the internal supplier directory.
