Dashboard

The Dashboard is the home page of the Supplier Portal. It gives suppliers a personalised overview of recently viewed records, quick counts across key application areas, and a feed of recent activity on orders, styles, costings, and other shared records.

Quick Check - Before You Start
  • Confirm you are logged in to the correct Supplier Portal account.
  • Ensure your customer has shared the relevant orders, styles, costings, claims, or compliance records with your supplier account.
  • Check that your supplier profile picture and company details are up to date so they display correctly on the Dashboard.
  • Confirm your customer has assigned a Supplier Portal role on your supplier record in Site Settings › Company › Suppliers with View enabled for the applications you need.

Recently Viewed

The Recently Viewed section displays your supplier profile picture alongside the records you have opened most recently in the Supplier Portal.

From this section, you can:

  • Click any recently viewed item to open that record in its main application view.
  • Click the Trash icon on an item to remove it from Recently Viewed. This only clears the item from your dashboard shortcut list; it does not delete the underlying record.

In Drive, you can:

  • Browse shared files and manuals from the dashboard shortcut.
  • Switch between Grid and List view to change how files are displayed.

See Supplier Portal › Drive for browsing, downloading, and troubleshooting shared folders.

Outstanding Activities

For Orders, Styles, and Compliance, click Activities on the application card to open that application's Outstanding Activities calendar. The calendar marks the current day, lets you filter by All open, Due this week, or Overdue only; toggle Show completed, and switch the display between Today, Week, and Month. Select a date to review the day's activity count, progress bar, and grouped activities — then mark items complete, view notes, or add activity notes without opening each record first.

See Supplier Portal › Outstanding Activities for the full calendar layout, day panel filters, and per-application behaviour.

Recent Updates

The Recent Updates section displays actions and updates made to statuses, orders, styles, costings, claims, compliance records, and other items where your supplier account is a member.

From this section, you can:

  • Review the latest activity affecting records you are involved in.
  • Click View all activity to open the Activity section of the Supplier Portal for the full activity history.
  • Expand or minimise the section using the icon next to Recent Updates.

Troubleshooting

Why is my Recently Viewed list empty?

Recently Viewed only shows records you have opened recently in the Supplier Portal. If you have not opened any shared records yet, this section will be empty.

Steps to resolve:

  1. Open an order, style, costing, claim, or compliance record from the relevant application area.
  2. Return to the Dashboard and confirm the record appears in Recently Viewed.
  3. If shared records are still missing, confirm your customer has granted access to the relevant data.
Why are my dashboard counts showing zero?

Dashboard counters reflect records shared with your supplier account and activity linked to those records.

Steps to resolve:

  1. Confirm you are logged in with the correct Supplier Portal account.
  2. Open the relevant application area directly to verify whether records are available there.
  3. Refresh the Dashboard page.
  4. If records are visible in the application area but counts remain at zero, ask your customer to confirm the Supplier Portal role and View permissions on your supplier record in Site Settings › Company › Suppliers.
How do I see more activity than shown on the Dashboard?

The Recent Updates section shows a summary of the latest activity only.

Steps to resolve:

  1. Click View all activity in the Recent Updates section.
  2. Review the full activity history in the Activity section of the Supplier Portal.
How do I remove an item from Recently Viewed?

Use the Trash icon on the item in the Recently Viewed section.

Steps to resolve:

  1. Locate the item in Recently Viewed.
  2. Click the Trash icon to remove it from the dashboard list.
  3. Reopen the record later if you want it to appear in Recently Viewed again.
