manage personal Details

Each staff member in the Supplier Portal can update their personal account details through the Personal Details section. This ensures that user information remains accurate and up to date for internal and customer communication.

How to Access Personal Details

  1. Click the profile image at the bottom left corner of the screen.
  2. Select My Profile.
  3. Navigate to the Personal Details tab.

This will open the user’s profile settings, where they can manage personal information and account preferences.

Editable Fields

The following details can be updated:

Field Description
Profile Picture Upload a PNG or JPG image to personalize the user profile.
First Name Update the user’s first name as displayed within the portal.
Surname Update the user’s last name.
Email Address Displays the user’s login email (non-editable from this view).
Language Select a preferred language for the interface (e.g., English Australia).
Password Click Reset password to change the account password if needed.

Changes made in this section are applied immediately and reflect across all portal views.

  • Use a clear, professional profile photo to help customers and internal teams identify users.
  • Update names to match official documentation or internal naming conventions.
  • Set the appropriate language to improve usability and communication.
