Monthly Capacity

The Monthly Capacity section in the 3 Clicks Supplier Portal allows suppliers to define the number of items they are capable of manufacturing per month. This field is essential for customers to evaluate production capability and allocate orders efficiently.

Monthly Capacity provides visibility to customers regarding a supplier's manufacturing limits. When maintained accurately, this helps customers plan production schedules and manage supply chain expectations more effectively.

How to Enter Monthly Capacity

To update monthly manufacturing capacity:

  1. Navigate to Settings (the gear icon in the left-hand menu).
  2. Select the Company tab.
  3. Scroll down to the Monthly Capacity section.
  4. Enter the number of units the company can manufacture per month.
  5. Click Save to confirm the changes.

Supplier Portal Monthly Capacity

Administrator Access Required

Only staff member with administrator permission has access to the Settings section and can update Monthly Capacity details.

Specify Item Monthly Capacity

Specify the monthly production capacity for specific item types manufactured for a customer.

  1. Navigate to Settings and select the relevant customer.
  2. Enter the monthly capacity for only the item types that are actively manufactured.
  3. Changes are saved automatically.

  • Monthly Capacity should be reviewed and updated regularly to reflect operational changes.
