Quotes with Completed Styles Shown

The Show completed styles toggle controls whether styles that have already had all quote rows filled are visible in the Quotes section. By default, completed styles are hidden so suppliers can focus on outstanding items that still require pricing.

Quick Check - Before You Start
  • Open Quotes from the left menu in the Supplier Portal and select the relevant costing to enter the Quote workspace.
  • A style is considered complete when all of its quote rows have been filled with a buy price and quantity, and has set its status .
  • Toggling Show completed styles affects only what is displayed in the style list — it does not change or remove any submitted quote data.

What Is a Completed Style?

Each style in the Quote section tracks its quote progress as a row count (for example: 3/3 rows filled). A style is marked as Completed once every required quote row has a buy price and quantity entered.

Using the Show Completed Styles Toggle

The Show completed styles checkbox appears in the top-right area of the Quote workspace, next to the Open style → and Open costing → actions.

State Description
Checked (enabled) All styles appear in the left panel, including those already fully quoted
Unchecked (disabled) Completed styles are hidden; only styles with outstanding quote rows are shown

To show completed styles

  1. Open Quotes from the left menu in the Supplier Portal.
  2. Select the relevant costing to open the Quote section.
  3. Locate the Show completed styles checkbox in the top-right of the workspace header.
  4. Tick the checkbox to include completed styles in the style list.

Completed styles will reappear in the left panel alongside any outstanding styles.

To hide completed styles

Untick the Show completed styles checkbox.

Styles where all rows are filled are removed from the left panel. Only styles with outstanding quote rows remain visible, making it easier to work through remaining items without losing track.

No Data Is Lost

Hiding completed styles does not delete or modify any quote data. All submitted prices and quantities remain saved. Toggling the checkbox simply filters the style list view.

Style List Indicators

When Show completed styles is enabled, the style list displays all styles with their current progress. Each style card shows:

  • Style Number (for example, BR83 or ST0143-DNU) with a colour-coded badge
  • Row progress (for example, 3/3 rows filled or 0/0 rows)
  • Style name below the code

The currently selected style is highlighted in the list and its full quote detail — including colourway MOQ, buy price grid, and components — is shown in the right panel.

Troubleshooting

A style I have already quoted is not visible in the workspace

The style may be hidden because Show completed styles is unchecked and all its rows are filled.

Steps to resolve:

  1. Tick the Show completed styles checkbox in the top-right of the Quote workspace.
  2. The completed style should reappear in the style list on the left.
  3. If the style still does not appear, confirm with the brand user that the costing has not been removed or restricted.
Why does a style show 0/0 rows?

A style showing 0/0 rows has no quote rows configured for it yet. This may mean the costing has no colourways or quantities set up on the brand side.

Steps to resolve:

  1. Use Open costing → in the workspace header to review the costing details (if you have access).
  2. Contact the brand user to confirm whether quote rows are expected for this style.
The Show completed styles checkbox is not visible

The checkbox only appears when you are inside an active Quote workspace with at least one style assigned.

Steps to resolve:

  1. Confirm you have selected a costing from the Quotes list to open the workspace.
  2. Check that styles have been shared with you for that costing.
  3. Contact the brand user if no styles appear in the workspace at all.
