Creating a Support Ticket

| 1 | Navigate to the lefthand menu bar and click the profile icon. |
| 2 | Select the "Support Tickets". |
| 3 | In the Support Tickets view, click the plus (+) icon. |
| 4 | Fill out the following fields: • Description - Enter a brief description of your support ticket. • How can we help - Choose among the following: Account and Billing Category B - Defect Category C - Feature Request Category C - Support I have an idea • Classification - Select the ticket's priority: High Low Medium • Upload Files - Upload a wide variety of file types, including: PDF,DOCX,XLS,ZIP,MP4,PNG, and more. The maximum file upload size is 500 MB. |
