Creating a Support Ticket

Step Description
1 Navigate to the lefthand menu bar and click the profile icon.
2 Select the "Support Tickets".
3 In the Support Tickets view, click the plus (+) icon.
4 Fill out the following fields:
Description - Enter a brief description of your support ticket.
How can we help - Choose among the following:
Account and Billing
Category B - Defect
Category C - Feature Request
Category C - Support
I have an idea
Classification - Select the ticket's priority:
High
Low
Medium
Upload Files - Upload a wide variety of file types, including: PDF,DOCX,XLS,ZIP,MP4,PNG, and more. The maximum file upload size is 500 MB.
5 Click Submit

Create Support Ticket
